I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. Growing up in the Southtowns suburb of West Seneca. From an early age my parents instilled in me the core values of family, tenacity and selflessness. Which I still feel guides me in every aspect of my life today. I grew up with a large, loving, extended family that spent most of its time together. Growing up incredibly close with aunts, uncles, cousins and, most profoundly, my grandparents. When I lost both grandparents on my mother’s side before the age of ten, I learned a difficult but meaningful life lesson. Grasping early that life is short and to never take a day for granted. My grandfather was my role model, he personified hard work, ethics, persistence and his transparent refusal to give up on anything he set his mind to. It is the leading values I carry with me always.

I graduated from West Seneca West Senior High in 2018. Roughly a decade ago, at family outings and vacations, I met Buffalo Financial’s Founder and CEO Jeremy Beck, who was a close friend of my family. From that very first time I met him, I knew this was a man I would love to learn from. He was humble, caring, intelligent with a natural affinity for helping others. After several years, I mentioned an internship I was looking for while in the Academy of Business and Finance through my high school. Without hesitation, Jeremy offered me an internship with his practice. During my time there, Jeremy personally guided me through learning every aspect of not only running a business, but also investments, portfolio management, and the ethics of how he treats each and every client. It was imperative for him that I understand all aspects of the job from the ground up. Upon graduation at West Seneca, I finished up my internship with Jeremy who suggested I contact him post-college.

I then headed off to my freshman year of college at St. Bonaventure. When I decided to transfer to Erie Community College for my sophomore year, I contacted Jeremy again. Although I was not yet finished with my degree, he offered me a position so that I could continue learning about the investment business while finishing my education. A year later, I graduated with an associate’s degree in business administration. Six months later, In June 2021, I accepted a full-time position with Buffalo Financial as a client service manager and research assistant. Now working full time and finishing school, I decided that online schooling would work best with my schedule. In the Fall of 2023, I graduated from the University of Phoenix with my bachelor’s in accounting. Although my degree is in accounting, my ultimate goal remained to become a financial advisor. In the second half of 2024, I passed my SIE, Series 7 and 66 exams.

When I am not in the office or a classroom, you can find me spending time with family, friends, and my beautiful fiancé, Haley Travers. I enjoy relaxing outside, camping and hiking. I have played hockey for nearly two decades, so I still get out at least once a week in an adult league to enjoy one of my first developed passions. I also enjoy golf, disc golf and I of course am an avid Bills fan. Most recently to note, Haley and I are planning for our upcoming wedding in the fall of 2026.
